Despite the rising economic recession, (AESC) Association of the Executive Search Consultants revealed on December 2008 that the demand for recruitment is expected to be stable in areas of professional services, education, engineering positions, finance and accounting post in 2009. Worldwide, the greatest demand is being expected in India, Eastern Europe and China. In this recession, what efforts can company take to save their cost in recruitment processes as well as to search and hire the best talent available in the market? Economic climate have really changed in these years with cost fluctuation playing an important role for the companies to look after even more seriously.
There are certain things to look before hiring a recruitment outsourcing agency or planning for recruitment in-house. Companies need to judge the profile and skills sets of the candidate either they are fulfilling your requirements or not? Recruitment process nowadays is not an easy task which involves a lot of searching and creating list of the potential candidates from it.
